::10K::

Saturday we ran a 10K (6.2 miles).

before

a picture of the falls just over 3 miles into the race.

after- don't we look pretty?? :)

Matt and the kids were waiting for us at the finish line

Chloe and Porter say "maaama!! good job, mom!!"

Billy and Suzie and their family came to watch us finish too. Thanks for the support!

It took Mom and I a little over an hour, and only took Kevin just over 50 minutes! We weren't the fastest (at least mom and I weren't) but it was really fun.

::family photos::

Here are our family photos (our first ever-sad, I know).

We LOVE them!
Thanks, Amber :)

::preschool graduation::

Chloe graduated from preschool today!!

they came to the graduation march

they sang us some songs

they got some awards

Chloe got the "gentle heart" award. Her teachers said she's so sweet to all the kids and is everyone's friend. They said if someone's hurt or sad, she's always the one to come over and give them a hug and tell them it'll be alright. :)

her teachers

her buddy Laney

her buddy Laken

a few girls from her class

Grandma Snowman came and brought her some pretty flowers :)

Then we went to McDonalds for lunch. Nothin' fancy, but she loves that place :)

played some basketball

don't you love that shot??

played some music

and I played the piano :)

::Chloe's last day of preschool::

Today was Chloe's last day of preschool!!

Do you think she's changed at all this year??

first day (aww)

last day

They had a pool party to celebrate!!

(the pool pictures were taken with my phone cause I forgot my camera!! Not the greatest quality, but at least we have some pictures! Thank goodness for camera phones!)

They would only allow the preschoolers in the pool (safety reasons probably-it's understandable). The whole time Portie kept saying "I wish I could swim" Poor boy :(

::the dairy farm::

Yesterday we went on another field trip with Chloe's preschool class. We got to go to the dairy farm and learn all about milkin' cows.

the cows

the smell

automatic milking machines

milk storage vats

bottle for the babies

the babies

the kids got to pet one (and, yep, mine wouldn't go near it)

as close as she'd get to the babies (and it still smelled)

watchin' the cows come out of the milkin' barn

headin' over to the stalls

a big "tracteh"

he didn't want to come back in the barn (it really smelled!)

of course they had to wear their boots!!

pew!!

cute little buddies :)

big thanks to Grandma Snowman for babysittin' Coopie so we could go on the field trip.

We love you ;)
