::"waaaaaaalle eeeeeeeeeva"::

Yep, Portie, Chloe, & I saw Wall-E today. We didn't have anything else to do since it's kinda rainy and muggy out. The kids liked it okay for a bit, but then got bored. It was a little too big for them. The whole idea was hard for them to understand, and Port fell asleep towards the end!! It was something fun to do on a rainy day. They both loved the popcorn and candy and had fun flippin' the chairs up and down. Good thing there were only like three other people in the theater!!

::baby bwudwa::

Another BOY!!! We found out yesterday it is WITHOUT A DOUBT another boy! The kids watched the DVD of the ultrasound and kept laughin' because the baby was kinda hopping up and down with his butt in the air! They loved it! And Portie kept hugging the TV and saying "baby bwudwa." We're excited to have another boy, even though some of us are a little sad that it wasn't a girl (partly because we had a name all picked out for a girl that we LOVE!, and partly because we were excited to get hairbows and girly things like that) but we're happy with a boy!! Everything is healthy, no signs of any birth defects or spinal problems or anything, so we couldn't be happier. We'll just have to think really hard on a boy name and tuck the girl name away for later ;) BTW, if anybody has any ideas, let me hear 'em!!

::our 4th::

For the 4th this year, we went to the waterpark all day, had a BBQ @ our house, watched the town fireworks show, and then lit sparklers @ our house afterward. It was lots of fun. The kids LOVED the water park, Grandma & Papa with the kitty came, and we just swam and played all day long! Chloe went down the big slide with lots of waterfalls lots of times, and they played in the deep pool & the kids pool. Portie got stung by a bee :(, and ended up falling asleep after a while. The fireworks were great! We thought Port might get nervous cause they were loud, and we sat a lot closer than we usually do, but he loved them! Chloe did too...she said "they look like big wiggly spiders." Grandma & Papa Kitty came too, and we sat with all of Matt's family. It was so fun to just sit and talk with everyone. After fireworks, we got home and all did sparklers in our driveway. Chloe thought they were like magic wands & Portie thought you were supposed to blow them out like candles :) It was a fun 4th :)

::irrigatin'::

Grandma-with-the-snowman & Jordan were irrigating today @ Grandpa Halling's house. I was introduced to this when I married Matt. I was like what is irrigating?? They get these canvases and hook them up tho the irrigation water (from the mountains-so it's pretty clean), and wear their big boots cause it's FREEZING!!)& they flood his yard & it's watered for the week. The kids LOVE it!! They were runnin' around in the water and jumpin' on the canvases and splashin' around. The water was SOO cold (it was making my feet ache), but the kids didn't even notice :) Then after that we had to go sraight to swimming lessons, so the kids were little fish in the water all day long!! They were so tired, but at least they had fun :)
