Yesterday we went on another field trip with Chloe's preschool class. We got to go to the dairy farm and learn all about milkin' cows.
the cows
the smell
automatic milking machines
milk storage vats
bottle for the babies
the babies
the kids got to pet one (and, yep, mine wouldn't go near it)
as close as she'd get to the babies (and it still smelled)
watchin' the cows come out of the milkin' barn
headin' over to the stalls
a big "tracteh"
he didn't want to come back in the barn (it really smelled!)
of course they had to wear their boots!!
pew!!

Fun time at the barn . . . love the pinched noses in the pictures! Too funny!
What a fun field trip! I wanna go...although from the pics of the plugged noses, it looks like the smell would have me gagging!
p.s. i can't believe how huge that bottle for the babies is!

ew. . . stinky. i don't think my kids would have gone near the cows either. well, maybe griff, but not colsie. i loved the boots pic. cute!
