It's always fun to get together--especially when we go for so long without seeing eachother. We met for lunch at Cheesecake (of course) and talked about kids, family, Texas, and lots of other stuff.
Amanda came all the way from Texas for a singing tryout and BYU education week, and it was fun to see her and catch up after so long. We've all known her since we were around 6-ish years old. Now we're all grown up with husbands and kids around that same age.

we really do need to get together more often. i hate feeling like i don't know anything about you anymore. that's when you know it's been too long.

Being with friends is the best, and being without the kids makes it a little sweeter!
So fun! I love getting together with old friends. Funny how you can pick up where you left off....and have no wierd moments!
Oh...and about the private poll - it's a matter of how YOU feel.
The reason I did was because my friend Brittany got a tip that her daughter was on another website and she checked it out and found her pictures from her blog on another website and some creep was pretending to put her daughter up for adoption! There was a fake story about how they found little "Melony" on the street, beat up and crying and they took her in but can't afford to care for her anymore - then there were postings from people trying to bid for her. It was weird... Not that anyone actually had access to Ali (the little girl) but they still had her pictures flying all over the site for any stranger to see!
