Grandma-with-the-snowman & Jordan were irrigating today @ Grandpa Halling's house. I was introduced to this when I married Matt. I was like what is irrigating?? They get these canvases and hook them up tho the irrigation water (from the mountains-so it's pretty clean), and wear their big boots cause it's FREEZING!!)& they flood his yard & it's watered for the week. The kids LOVE it!! They were runnin' around in the water and jumpin' on the canvases and splashin' around. The water was SOO cold (it was making my feet ache), but the kids didn't even notice :) Then after that we had to go sraight to swimming lessons, so the kids were little fish in the water all day long!! They were so tired, but at least they had fun :)Grandpa Halling (Matt's grandpa)

SO FUN! I need to get Addy up there, she'd love it! Cold water is nothing to her. Funny, I never knew about irrigating until I married in the fam too. The whole process amazes me!! Their lawns look awesome for once a week watering!
that is pretty interesting, ihave never heard of irrigating like that. i guess that is what we get for being big city people. haha. i am glad to see you guys are doing well! your family is adorable!

I asked Cody if he remembered doing it and he said that him and Jared used to love playing in the water!! How fun!!!
